11,000-sq. ft. plant facility is located at 530 Eastern Avenue in
South Beloit. South Beloit
lies in the northern center of the state of Illinois just a stone throw
from the Wisconsin border. This
stateline region is noted for small companies that design and manufacture
a vast variety of specialized equipment and machinery worldwide.
Our labor pool is rich in highly skilled technical personnel in the
field of engineering, precision machining, welding, fabrication and
assembly.
Our
facility has been carefully laid out for efficient manufacturing of our
custom products: engineering, welding and fabrication, precision
machining, assembly, and painting. We
also have an outdoor rail track panel test area. The following is a list of some of our plant equipment. Milling: -Giddings
& Lewis Horizontal Boring Mill; 3 inch main spindle, 2 inch auxiliary
spindle, 48 inch X axis, 41 inch Y axis, 30 inch Z axis, 62X30 table size,
3 axis DRO, #40 taper microbore flash-change tooling system. Turning: -Warner
& Swasey 2A Turret Lathe; 20 inch swing, 40 inch centers, 4 ¾ -400
AMP mig. -Overhead
cranes in all work areas.
-150 Ton H-Frame Press Painting: -All
finished products are painted at our facility per customer’s
specifications.
